With illustrations (woodengravings, photo- and autotypes) and 12 plates (autotypes) in text. - No 2 of the first 17 "Luxe" copies, (34 copies are numbered), only 1-17 on "Japansch papier" and with proofs of the 6 etchings and 6 photogravures with duplicates on Chinese paper: 12 photogravures and 12 etchings. The etchings ALL SIGNED IN PENCIL BY PH. ZILCKEN ('Épreuves d'Artiste'). - Exceptional copy with the 6 etchings on Japanese paper and 6 etchings on Chinese paper with a cardboard protection. - It is a heavy book, caused by the use of Japanese paper and moulded cardboard, therefore the bookblock is loosening (inevitable), for the rest good, spotless, copy - Very rare
